Purposes – for what purposes do we process your data?

In accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that we will process the data you provide to us in order to:

• Manage the contracting of services you carry out through the Platform, as well as the corresponding invoicing and delivery.
• Send periodic communications about services, events and news related to the activities carried out by Maxcasa International, by any means (phone, post or email), unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws their consent.
• Send commercial and/or promotional information related to the sector of the services contracted and added value for end users, unless otherwise indicated or the user objects or withdraws their consent.
• Comply with legally established obligations and verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.
• Disclose data to bodies and authorities, provided this is required in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions.

Categories of data – What data do we process?

As a result of the purposes mentioned above, at Maxcasa International we manage the following categories of data:

• Identification data
• Metadata from electronic communications
• Commercial information data. If the user provides data of third parties, they declare that they have the consent of those parties and undertake to pass on to them the information contained in this clause, releasing Maxcasa International from any liability in this respect.
• However, Maxcasa International may carry out checks to verify this, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures in accordance with data protection regulations.

Legal basis – what is the legal basis for processing your data?

The processing of data for the purpose of sending periodic newsletters (newslettering) about services, events and news related to our professional activity is based on the consent of the data subject, expressly requested to carry out such processing, in accordance with current regulations.

Your data may be accessed by the providers that supply services to Maxcasa International, such as hosting services, marketing tools and content systems or other professionals, when such disclosure is required by regulations or for the performance of the services contracted.

Maxcasa International has signed the corresponding data processing agreements with each of the providers that supply services to Maxcasa International, in order to ensure that those providers process your data in accordance with current legislation.

• Encryption of information on Maxcasa International’s own servers

• Where Maxcasa International uses service providers located outside the European Union for the maintenance of the platform, these international transfers are regularised in line with Maxcasa International’s commitment to the protection, integrity and security of users’ personal data.

Rights – What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Maxcasa International is processing personal data concerning you.
