I’ve lived in this area all my life. I know what has been paid here and I know the people worth knowing. When you come to me with a plan, I tell you which area suits you, whether the price makes sense and what will happen next.

I’ve worked with every nationality, and with Scandinavians in particular, both those who came to buy and those who, years later, wanted to sell.

And I know who to call for whatever comes up: lawyers, notaries, consulates. I help you with the NIE, the notary (notario) and the taxes, before and after the sale.
